This workshop we will focus on going deep into the heart cave, which Winter supports so sweetly. Each and every cell within our body needs our LOVE to heal with each new beginning. As we move deep into the heart, our body will feel safe so that we can open and willing to release that which no longer serves our greatest purpose.
