This workshop we will focus on going deeper into the darkness which Winter supports so sweetly. Each and every cell within our body needs our SUPPORT to heal with each new beginning. As we move deeper into Winter, our body needs to FEEL SAFE so that we are open and willing to release that which no longer serves our greatest purpose.

I will be using the quartz crystal bowls, rain stick, drum and more!
