New Year’s Day Workshop

New Beginnings.

It’s time to reflect on what 2020 has taught us, and move into something NEW. A new beginning for our body, mind and heart. A stronger beginning, with more experience from the previous year than we could have ever imagined. Let’s come together and chant, meditate, MOVE WITH AWARENESS and release what we no longer need.

We will set intentions with reflection activities, sending positive vibrations into 2021.
