Quiet and Calm Yoga and Meditation Workshop

In this two-hour workshop, we will focus on QUIET AND CALM vibrations moving throughout the body. We will use the power of chanting, chakras and mantras to find our inner quiet and calm. These sacred practices are designed to help us align with the peace inside. Let’s dive into a physical yoga practice to calm the parasympathetic nervous system, playing with the balance of movement and deep relaxation. My hope is that we can walk away with tools to enhance our home practice, or inspire us to begin one.
